Every year during the summertime millions of people flock to major beach resorts to enjoy a well-deserved vacation under an obrellone or taking a dip in the sea. First, the air we breathe in the mountains is a real boon to our organsmo. This is healthy, oxygenated air, a far cry from the polluted air we breathe daily in our urban centers. In the mountains, moreover, unlike those who think you are bored all day long, there are numerous and sporting activities, all of which are a lot of fun: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, Nordik walking and horseback riding are just some of the activities you can try during a mountain vacation.

At high altitudes, of course, one can also find shelter from the scorching heat that brings tourists from big cities and bathing establishments to their knees. Temperatures here are lower on average, allowing us to carry out various activities without the incessant burden of the summer heat.Such a comfortable condition allows us to appreciate more the beauty of the mountainous landscape, with its vast valleys, forests, waterways and snow-capped peaks of the highest mountains. In the mountains, in fact, one can rediscover one’s connection with the wilderness, with the environment around us and especially with the animals that inhabit it. Indeed, it is not uncommon to make acquaintances, often close ones, with deer, foxes, hares and even bears.
